Absolutely! Spousal participation is required for coaching to get the full benefit - there are rare exceptions - please reach out for details.

Typically,  all sessions are conducted via Zoom. However, if you are local to the Philomath, Oregon area, in person sessions may be available. 

On occasion, I will do discounted rates for specific situations, please reach out to find more!
